Corrections
We log substantive corrections to Clinical App Report content with date and reason. Substantive means: the error affected a score, an Evidence Grade, a ranking, a verdict, or a factual claim about an app.
How to report an error
Email editors@clinicalappreport.com with subject [CORRECTION]. Include the page URL, the specific claim you believe is wrong, and your source for the corrected version. We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours and to publish the correction within 7 days.

What we log
- Changed scores or rankings (with old → new).
- Changed Evidence Grades (with reasoning for the change).
- Changed verdicts or recommendations.
- Factual corrections about app pricing, features, database size, etc.
- Framework updates that change how scores are computed.
